Ingredients
- 1 st Onion
- 2 Tablespoon Oil
- 4 Tablespoon Tomato paste
- 3 go, Essl Flour
- 1 liter Vegetable broth
- 2 Cans Tomato pieces
- 2 Pinches Salt and pepper
- 6 small Tomatoes
- 100 ml. Cream
- 2 Teaspoon. Sugar
- 150 gr Creme fraiche Cheese
- 1 bunch Basil
Instructions
- Peel the onions, cut them into small pieces and sauté them in hot oil.
- Stir in tomato paste
- Add flour and sweat
- Deglaze with broth and canned tomatoes,
- 10 min. Simmer
- Puree the soup
- Season the cream with salt, sugar and pepper, add the small tomatoes into quarters.
- Serve the soup with basil and creme fraiche
