Ingredients
 

  • 1 st Onion
  • 2 Tablespoon Oil
  • 4 Tablespoon Tomato paste
  • 3 go, Essl Flour
  • 1 liter Vegetable broth
  • 2 Cans Tomato pieces
  • 2 Pinches Salt and pepper
  • 6 small Tomatoes
  • 100 ml. Cream
  • 2 Teaspoon. Sugar
  • 150 gr Creme fraiche Cheese
  • 1 bunch Basil

Instructions
 

  • Peel the onions, cut them into small pieces and sauté them in hot oil.
  • Stir in tomato paste
  • Add flour and sweat
  • Deglaze with broth and canned tomatoes,
  • 10 min. Simmer
  • Puree the soup
  • Season the cream with salt, sugar and pepper, add the small tomatoes into quarters.
  • Serve the soup with basil and creme fraiche
