My favorite protein bread

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 300 g low-fat curd cheese
  • 5 eggs
  • 100 g almond(s), ground
  • 100 g flaxseed, crushed
  • 50 g bran (wheat bran)
  • 20 g hazelnuts, chopped
  • 1 sachet of baking powder
  • Bread spice mix, to taste
  • Salt, to taste

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 10 minutes

Weigh all ingredients and mix in a bowl. Grease a bread pan or loaf pan with olive oil and pour in the batter. Preheat the oven to 170°C and bake the bread at medium heat for about 60 minutes. After baking, let it cool and store in the refrigerator.
