My favorite vinegar and oil dressing

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 tsp xylitol (sugar substitute), but regular sugar will also work
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp water
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp white wine vinegar, e.g. Hesperides vinegar
  • 3 tbsp pumpkin seed oil
  • 1 tsp mustard, English, alternatively hot mustard
  • 3 tbsp salad herbs, freeze-dried

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

super delicious

Combine all ingredients in an empty jam jar with a lid or in a shaker and shake well until the sugar and salt have dissolved. This amount is enough for about half a head of lettuce.
