My Healthy Breakfast
The perfect my healthy breakfast recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 1 piece Apple
- 1 piece Banana
- 5 tbsp Organic yogurt
- 5 tbsp Fresh raspberries
- 5 tbsp Blueberries fresh
- 2 tbsp Peeled hemp seeds
- 1 tbsp Ceshew nuts
- 1 tbsp Soaked walnuts
- Wash, core and cut the apple, remove the peel from the banana and cut. Then add the yoghurt and gradually everything else, the order doesn’t matter.
- Soak walnuts the evening before, so they are easier to digest.
- With this breakfast I get many laps into the day :)))
