My Healthy Breakfast

The perfect my healthy breakfast recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 piece Apple
  • 1 piece Banana
  • 5 tbsp Organic yogurt
  • 5 tbsp Fresh raspberries
  • 5 tbsp Blueberries fresh
  • 2 tbsp Peeled hemp seeds
  • 1 tbsp Ceshew nuts
  • 1 tbsp Soaked walnuts
  1. Wash, core and cut the apple, remove the peel from the banana and cut. Then add the yoghurt and gradually everything else, the order doesn’t matter.
  2. Soak walnuts the evening before, so they are easier to digest.
  3. With this breakfast I get many laps into the day :)))
