Pancakes Out of Oven

The perfect pancakes out of oven recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 3 Pc. Protein
  • 15 g Vanilla sugar
  • 200 g Sifted flour
  • 4 g Baking powder
  • 300 ml Milk
  • 3 Pc. Egg yolk
  • 40 g Sugar
  • 30 ml Rapeseed oil
  • 30 ml Powdered sugar
  1. Preheat the oven to 180 ° C. Line a baking pan (springform pan, pizza tray or even a baking sheet) with baking paper or grease and flour. The size of the mold depends on the intended amount of dough. When unbaked, it should be about 1 cm – 5 cm thick.
  2. Beat the egg whites until stiff, add the vanilla sugar.
  3. Put all remaining ingredients in a bowl and mix with a whisk to form a smooth dough.
  4. Carefully fold in the egg whites and pour the batter into the baking pan. Bake the pancakes for approx. 20 minutes at 180 ° C.
  5. When it is golden brown, take it out of the oven, sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve warm.

Tip:

  1. You can also top the dough with fruit. (e.g. cherries, plums, bananas, peaches, etc.) To match: vanilla sauce or cream.

Note

  1. It tastes a bit reminiscent of a waffle from the oven. The advantage is that you don’t have to worry about it. Just put it in the oven just before you eat, take it out after 20 minutes, let it cool down a bit and enjoy it warm.
