Ingredients
 

  • 250 g Quark
  • 3 tbsp Flaxseed crushed
  • 4 tbsp Linseed oil
  • 0,5 Apple

Instructions
 

  • Put the quark in a bowl, add the linseed and linseed oil and mix everything together.
  • Cut the apple into small pieces, add to the quark and mix.
  • Finished 🙂
  • It is of course even better if you use low-fat quark for it, not like me 😉
