Healthy Cottage Cheese Breakfast
The perfect healthy cottage cheese breakfast recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 250 g Quark
- 3 tbsp Flaxseed crushed
- 4 tbsp Linseed oil
- 0,5 Apple
- Put the quark in a bowl, add the linseed and linseed oil and mix everything together.
- Cut the apple into small pieces, add to the quark and mix.
- Finished 🙂
- It is of course even better if you use low-fat quark for it, not like me 😉
