Healthy Cottage Cheese Breakfast

The perfect healthy cottage cheese breakfast recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 250 g Quark
  • 3 tbsp Flaxseed crushed
  • 4 tbsp Linseed oil
  • 0,5 Apple
  1. Put the quark in a bowl, add the linseed and linseed oil and mix everything together.
  2. Cut the apple into small pieces, add to the quark and mix.
  3. Finished 🙂
  4. It is of course even better if you use low-fat quark for it, not like me 😉
