Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 2 bags of rice
- ½ celery root
- 4 medium-sized carrots
- 1 large vegetable onion(s)
- 1 root of parsley root(s) or parsnip
- 1 stalk(s) leek
- 1 bell pepper(s), yellow
- 5 cloves garlic
- 1 tsp, sautéed paprika
- some salt and pepper
- 1 tsp cumin
- 5 dashes soy sauce
- 2 tbsp oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
quick, delicious and vegan Asian-style rice dish
Cook the rice according to the instructions. Cut the vegetables into small pieces and add the oil to a large pan. Sauté the vegetables, except for the garlic, for about 10 minutes. Season with salt, pepper, and paprika. Add the garlic. Once the rice is cooked, drain, add to the vegetables, and mix. Season with cumin and soy sauce. Add parsley, if desired.
