My potato salad

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 kg potatoes
  • 1 apple, preferably sour, peeled, diced
  • 4 eggs, hard-boiled, diced
  • 2 gherkins, diced
  • ½ ring/s meat sausage, diced
  • 250 g meat salad, preferably Plauener
  • 2 bell peppers, diced
  • mayonnaise
  • salt and pepper
  • possibly milk

Instructions

Working time approx. 40 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour

Boil the potatoes, peel them, and slice them. Mix them with all the other ingredients. Dilute the mayonnaise with a little milk if desired. Then season to taste.
