Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 schnitzels
  • 3 onions
  • ½ jar ajvar
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 750 g vegetables (Mexico mix), frozen
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 50 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour

Own creation

Pound the schnitzel, halve it, and season with salt and pepper. Peel the onions and slice them into wedges. Mix the ajvar with the onions, sour cream, and Mexican vegetables. Then place 4 schnitzel halves in a medium baking dish. Spread half of the vegetable mixture on top, ensuring the schnitzels are evenly covered. Then place the remaining 4 schnitzel halves on top and spread the remaining vegetable mixture on top. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 50 minutes.
