Indian flatbread

Dissolve the yeast in a little warm milk. Knead all ingredients, including the yeast, together. Let the dough rise in a warm place. After about 40 minutes, knead again and form about 6 flatbreads. Drizzle the breads with olive oil and bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 15 minutes. You can also season the breads with garlic or cheese. They taste best served lukewarm with curry dishes.
