Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 190 g butter
- 140 g sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 1 pinch of salt
- 300 g flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 200 g chocolate, according to taste
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Mix the butter with the sugar. Stir in the egg, vanilla sugar, and salt. Stir in the flour and baking powder a spoonful at a time. Chop the chocolate into small pieces and add to the mixture. Using two moist spoons, place small heaps onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, leaving plenty of space between each. Bake at 180°C (top and bottom heat) for about 15 minutes, until the cookies are lightly browned. Makes approximately 40 cookies.
