Nadja's lamb's lettuce

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 point lamb’s lettuce
  • 1 small onion(s)
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 3 tbsp bacon, diced, from the refrigerated section
  • 3 tbsp pine nuts
  • 1 sachet of sauce powder for the dressing
  • 3 tbsp water
  • 3 tbsp oil (sunflower or rapeseed oil)

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

with pine nuts and a kick

Wash the lamb’s lettuce and dice the onion. Lightly toast the bacon and pine nuts in a pan (no need to add any more oil!). Mix the dressing powder with 3 tablespoons of oil, 3 tablespoons of water, 1 tablespoon of honey, and 1 tablespoon of balsamic vinegar. Press a garlic clove into this dressing (or two if you like) and stir again. Pour the dressing over the lamb’s lettuce and mix well. Finally, top with the hot pine nuts and ham and serve immediately!
