Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 500 g meat sausage
- 250 g cheese (butter cheese)
- Mustard, medium hot

Skin the sausage in a ring and cut deep slices across the sausage at intervals of about 1 cm. Place the ring on a baking tray. Preheat the oven to 200°C. Cut the cheese into as many sticks as there are cuts in the sausage and insert the cheese sticks into the cuts. Then spread the sausage with mustard – more or less to taste – and place it on a baking tray. Place the tray in the hot oven and leave it there for about 15-20 minutes. Once the cheese has melted, the sausage is ready. Tip: It is better to cut the sausage into several smaller pieces. Then wrap each piece of sausage with a slice of cheese and place it on the tray.
