Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 kg rhubarb
- 250 g sugar
- 2 packets of vanilla sugar
- ¼ liter of water
Instructions

Simple basic recipe
Wash and peel the rhubarb. Cut into pieces and place in a saucepan. Add sugar, vanilla sugar, and water. Simmer over low heat until the pieces break down.
