Natural yogurt with strawberries and muesli

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 pot of natural yogurt, 3.5% fat
  • 200 g strawberries
  • 30 g oat flakes
  • Honey
  • Cinnamon powder

Seasonal breakfast

First, pour the natural yogurt into a large bowl, as the portion will be quite large once the strawberries are added. Then, weigh out the desired amount of strawberries and cut them into smaller or larger pieces and stir them into the natural yogurt. Finally, add the 30g of rolled oats. Depending on how sweet you want them, add honey. I use a little more than 1/2 teaspoon of honey. Alternatively, you can sweeten with sweetener, agave syrup, or maple syrup. Then add a little cinnamon, stir everything together, and you’re done. It tastes delicious, is filling, and low in calories. The calorie information refers to 200g of strawberries.
