Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 600 g potatoes
- 1 clove(s) garlic
- 1 tbsp parsley, chopped
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- Salt
- pepper
- 50 g Parmesan, freshly grated
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Wash, boil, and peel the potatoes. Cut into quarters. In a bowl, season with olive oil, parsley, crushed garlic, salt, and pepper, and mix. Microwave (at 800 watts for about 5 minutes) and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Delicious as a side dish with pan-fried dishes.
