Ingredients for 40 servings:
- 250 g butter
- 250 g sugar
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 3 eggs
- 250 g flour
- 50 g cocoa powder
- 2 tbsp jelly (currant jelly)
- some sugar – icing, light
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Cream the butter until creamy, then stir in the sugar, vanilla sugar, and eggs. Sift in the flour and cocoa powder and mix. Place small mounds on a greased baking sheet. Bake in a preheated oven at 160°C for about 15 minutes. Bring the currant jelly to a boil with 1 tablespoon of sugar, then let cool slightly. Place two cookies each with the jelly. Garnish with icing.
