Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 2 large nectarines, ripe
- n. B. Juice (multivitamin juice)
- 300 ml buttermilk
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
refreshing and healthy vitamin bomb
Peel the nectarines, separate the flesh from the pit in chunks, and place them in a tall container. Add enough multivitamin juice (preferably chilled) to almost (but not completely) cover the nectarine pieces. Blend thoroughly. Add the buttermilk, mix well, and divide between two glasses.
