- 4 fish fingers

- some oil
- Salt
- some ketchup and parsley for garnishing

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Children’s recipe
Toast the slice of toast and spread it with butter. Fry the fish sticks in oil until browned, then place them on the slice of toast. Scramble the egg, season with salt, and place it on the fish sticks. Garnish with ketchup and parsley. My grandmother used to make this for me often in the ’60s. I served it to my son in the ’80s, and I’m waiting for my grandchildren to have it from me.
