Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 350 g sugar
  • 5 eggs
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 160 g oil
  • 200 g hazelnuts, ground
  • 230 g flour
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 100 g drink powder, (Nesquik)
  • 1 cup of coffee, cold

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes

Combine all ingredients in a batter. Grease a baking pan or line it with parchment paper, pour in the batter, and bake at 160°C (320°F) for about 40 minutes. Baking in a jar: – for a 1/4-liter jar, also for 40 minutes (a skewer test is very important); – for a 1/2-liter jar, also for 40 minutes, then leave in the turned-off oven for another 5 minutes.
