Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 60 nettle leaves
- 100 ml oil or fat e.g. sunflower oil, olive oil, ghee
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
vegetarian or vegan possible
Pick the nettles. Heat fat in a pan. Use olive oil or similar, or ghee. Heat the nettles briefly in the pan, then place them on a tea towel to drain. Season the chips in a bowl with salt or pepper. Then your culinary delight is ready!
