Using up leftovers from the New Year’s Eve buffet

Cut the jacket potatoes into wedges and sprinkle with paprika powder. Heat the vegetable cream in a non-stick pan and fry the potato wedges until crispy. Push the potato wedges to the side, reduce the heat, and gently heat the slice of meatloaf in the pan. Add the cheese, cover the pan, and let the cheese melt slightly. Meanwhile, lightly toast the bread roll in the toaster. Mix together the sour cream, ketchup, and garlic sauce and season with mustard. Spread the sauce on both bread rolls. Place the lettuce on the bottom roll, then top with the cheese-covered meatloaf. Cover with the top roll. Season the potato wedges with salt and serve.
