Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 2 bananas, nice and ripe
- 1 tsp baking cocoa
- 2 tsp peanut butter or peanut puree
- 100 ml milk, low-fat (or nut/coconut milk if you want it to be vegan)
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest period approx. 1 day; Total time approx. 1 day 10 minutes
Cut the bananas into small pieces and freeze overnight. The next day, combine them with the remaining ingredients in a powerful blender (I used an immersion blender—it works, but it could be nicer) and blend until smooth. If it’s too solid, add a little mineral water. If it’s too soft, freeze for a bit longer.
