Cold infusion, without cooking tea

This recipe is as simple as it is effective. Iced tea made from cold infusion, ice-cold enjoyment in a flash. For every liter of cold water, add about 6 tablespoons of tea (tea bags will work in a pinch) to a container and chill for 1-2 hours. Sweeten with cane sugar if desired. For black tea, add a little lemon juice. After the cooling time, strain the infusion and pour the tea into a bottle. Serve with ice cubes. Prepared this way, it tastes like regular iced tea, only you’ve saved yourself the hassle of brewing tea and the long wait! You can, of course, let the tea steep for even longer, which will intensify the flavor.
