- 200 g banana(s), very ripe
- 3 tbsp milk
- 25 g dark chocolate

The quick and delicious ice cream.
Peel and slice the bananas. Place the banana slices in the freezer for at least five hours. I freeze them in a container in the evening, so they’re always ready the next day. Remove the frozen banana slices from the freezer and let them thaw for about 5-10 minutes. Then puree them with a hand blender. Chop the chocolate into small pieces, add it to the pureed banana mixture along with the milk, and mix. Quickly pour everything into glasses or bowls and serve. Decorate with colorful sprinkles, chopped almonds, or similar, if desired.
