Ingredients for 5 servings:
- 1 white bread (white loaf)
- 250 g butter, soft
- 1 bunch parsley, chopped
- 1 bunch chives, in rolls
- 1 bunch dill, chopped
- Salt

Delicious with salad, a must at any barbecue party
Cut the white bread into slightly thicker slices, making sure not to cut through the base. This means the bread stays together at the bottom. Combine the remaining ingredients and season with salt to taste. Carefully spread the resulting herb butter between the slices, pressing firmly together. Wrap the white bread in aluminum foil and bake at 180°C for 15 minutes. Tip 1: The herbs can be adjusted to your liking. Tip 2: Also delicious with garlic in the butter.
