Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 bag of Rösti wedges, frozen
- 1 kg meat (gyros)
- 2 cups of cream
- 1 handful of cheese, grated Gouda
Instructions
Working time approx. 7 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 52 minutes
with rösti and cheese, baked
Line a baking dish with the rösti and arrange the gyro on top. Pour the cream over it and sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 180°C for about 45 minutes. If you don’t like too much fat, you can also use Cremefine. Serve with a salad.
