Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 50 g hazelnuts, coarsely chopped
- 100 g oat flakes
- ½ tsp cinnamon powder
- 1 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp raisins, coarsely chopped
- 2 tbsp sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp butter
- 125 g sugar
- 100 ml cream
- 1 pinch of salt
- n. B. Chocolate coating
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 2 hours
for a mold of approx. 15 x 15 cm
Line a 15 x 15 cm baking dish with parchment paper and grease it. Toast the oats in a pan with butter until golden brown, remove from the pan, and sprinkle with cinnamon. Add the sesame seeds to the pan and toast them in butter until golden brown, then sprinkle with cinnamon. Then caramelize the sugar until golden brown. Deglaze with the cream and bring to a boil. Mix in the ingredients and spread the mixture into the dish. Cut the mixture into the desired size with an oiled knife. Let it harden and then cover with chocolate coating, if desired.
