Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 eggs
  • 200 g flour
  • 300 ml milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla sugar
  • 1 pinch(s) of baking powder
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 2 apples
  • Oil, for frying

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Mix the ingredients into a batter. Peel the apples, pierce them, and cut them into 1 cm thick slices. Place them in the batter. Fry the apple slices in a pan with plenty of batter in oil.
