Non-alcoholic melon punch

Ingredients for 5 servings:

  • ½ melon(s) (watermelon)
  • ½ honeydew melon(s)
  • 6 tbsp syrup (raspberry syrup)
  • 1 lemon(s)
  • 3 bottles of lemonade (bitter lemon)

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Simply scoop out the melons into small balls, ideally using a Tupperware ball-making tool – without the seeds if possible – and place them in the punch bowl. The different colors of the melons (red and white) make them look fantastic in a glass punch bowl. Then add the syrup and lemon juice. Top with 2-3 bottles of chilled bitter lemon juice, depending on your taste, and stir.
