Noodle – Broccoli – Soup

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 400 g penne or spirals
  • 1 broccoli
  • 150 g ham (leg ham)
  • 200 g cheese (Emmental or pizza cheese), grated
  • 250 ml cream
  • 1 cup crème fraîche with herbs
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • Salt and pepper, white
  • basil
  • oregano
  • Butter or oil for the mold

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Cook the pasta al dente. Wash the broccoli, cut it into florets, and sauté until al dente. Dice the ham. In a bowl, combine the cream and crème fraîche until smooth. Add the ham and 2/3 of the cheese. Season with salt, pepper, basil, oregano, and garlic, and mix well. Transfer the pasta and broccoli to a greased baking dish and pour the cream mixture over it. Mix well again and sprinkle with the remaining cheese. Bake in the oven at 180°C for about 30-40 minutes.
