Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 pack of pasta
  • 1 can corn kernels
  • 2 turkey schnitzels
  • some oil
  • 1 cup crème fraîche
  • Herbs
  • salt and pepper
  • possibly grated cheese

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Own creation

Boil the pasta in salted water and then briefly rinse with cold water. Meanwhile, cut the turkey cutlets into bite-sized pieces. Season with salt and pepper and fry thoroughly in oil. Rinse the corn well. Mix the pasta with the turkey pieces and corn. Then add the crème fraîche and mix everything well. Add the herbs and season well again if desired. You can also sprinkle some grated cheese on top.
