Crab noodles with vegetables

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 80 g pasta (shell-shaped or farfalle)
  • 200 g zucchini
  • 100 g peas, cooked
  • 150 g crab meat
  • 1 tbsp margarine
  • some salt and pepper, white
  • 2 tbsp sour cream
  • 1 tsp dill, finely chopped, dried or fresh

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Cook the pasta in plenty of salted water according to the package instructions, drain well, and set aside. Wash the zucchini and slice thinly. Heat the margarine in a nonstick pan and briefly fry the zucchini. Season sparingly with salt and white pepper. Add the crab meat and fry. Then stir in the cooked peas. Fry over low heat for about 4 minutes. Mix in the sour cream and season to taste, then add the dill. Finally, add the pasta and return to the heat.
