Noodle pot with bratwurst and vegetables

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500g penne
  • 500 g bratwurst
  • 500 g cherry tomatoes
  • 1 can/n mushrooms, approx. 250 g
  • 1 can vegetable mix of corn and kidney beans, approx. 170 g
  • 1 jar pesto rosso, approx. 180 g
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 bulb(s) garlic
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp paprika powder
  • 1 tsp rosemary
  • 1 tsp dill tips

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Cook the penne in salted water according to the package instructions. Finely chop the garlic and sausage and fry in olive oil. Then add the remaining ingredients, season, and heat everything through. Finally, add the pesto along with the cooked pasta and mix everything together.
