Noodle salad with curry

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 500 g shell-shaped pasta (Trullies)
  • 2 bell peppers, green and red
  • 1 can of corn
  • 1 stalk(s) leek
  • 1 jar mango chutney
  • 1 tsp curry powder
  • 1 tsp five-spice powder
  • 2 cl soy sauce
  • 1 jar Miracle Whip

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 10 minutes

Cook the pasta until al dente, dice the bell peppers, and slice the leek into very fine rings. Place everything in a bowl, mix with all the other ingredients, and season to taste.
