Noodle soup with bratwurst

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 carrots
  • 1 small zucchini
  • 1 ½ liters of water
  • 1 ½ tbsp soup seasoning
  • 120 g noodles (soup noodles)
  • 2 sausages, raw

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

First, pour the water into a pot and bring it to a boil. Meanwhile, wash the carrots and zucchini and cut them into small cubes. Peel the sausages from their skins and roll them into small balls with moistened hands. Add the soup seasoning to the boiling water and add the vegetables, noodles, and sausage dumplings. Cook for about 12 minutes. Serve the soup immediately.
