Noodle soup with poultry

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 chicken (soup chicken)
  • 300 g noodles (vermicelli)
  • Water, enough to cover the chicken
  • 1 stalk(s) leek
  • Carrot(s)
  • Broth, granulated

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Dissolve the granulated broth in the water and bring to a boil. Trim and chop the leeks and carrots. Add the chicken to the simmering broth and simmer for about 30 minutes. Later, add the vegetables. Simmer for another 10 minutes, then remove the chicken from the pot, remove the bones, and chop into small pieces. Add the meat and pasta to the pot and let it simmer for about 5 minutes, until the pasta is al dente.
