Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 250 g minced meat, mixed
  • 100 g mushrooms, fresh
  • 150 g carrot(s)
  • 1 small onion(s)
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 half chili pepper(s)
  • 1 tbsp Italian herbs
  • 2 tbsp tomato paste
  • 100 ml cream, cooking cream
  • 150 ml milk
  • salt and pepper
  • 250 g macaroni, short
  • Parmesan

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

Cook the pasta in salted water according to the package instructions. Dice the onion, finely chop the garlic, and sauté both in a large pan until translucent. Add the minced meat and fry until crumbly. Add the tomato paste and the finely chopped chili pepper. Thinly slice the carrots using a cucumber slicer. Also thinly slice the mushrooms. Add both to the minced meat and fry for a further 10 minutes. Add the cooking cream and milk. Season to taste with the spices and herbs. Add the pasta to the minced meat and fold in. Parmesan cheese tastes great with this.
