Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 2 bunch soup vegetables
- 1 liter chicken broth (instant)
- 200 g pasta (macaroni)
- 1 large onion(s)
- 250 g Mett – ends
- 1 tbsp butter or margarine
- salt and pepper
- some chives
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Clean, wash, and chop the vegetables. Cook in hot soup for about 15 minutes. Cook the macaroni in salted water for 12 minutes, then drain. Peel and dice the onion. Thinly slice the sausage. Fry both in hot fat. Add to the soup with the pasta. Season with salt and pepper and serve sprinkled with chives.
