Noodle wok with shrimp

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 100 g noodles (wok or mie noodles)
  • 200 g seasonal vegetables
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • Oil (peanut)
  • 16 mm large prawn(s), peeled
  • 1 lemon(s), juice
  • 40 g cashew nuts
  • 4 tbsp soy sauce

Super delicious!

Cook the noodles in salted water for about 4-5 minutes until al dente, then drain in a colander. Wash and trim the vegetables and cut into bite-sized pieces. Peel and finely chop the garlic. Heat the oil in a wok and sear the shrimp until lightly browned on all sides. Deglaze with the lemon juice. Add the vegetables and nuts and cook for a few minutes. Season with soy sauce and garlic. Add the noodles to the wok and mix well.
