Noodles in crab and spring onion sauce

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 3 onions
  • 3 stalk(s) spring onion(s)
  • 50 ml white wine
  • 300 ml water
  • 1 ½ tsp vegetable broth, instant
  • 150 g crab
  • 1 ½ tbsp sour cream or sour cream
  • ½ tbsp processed cheese (light)
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • coriander
  • Cayenne pepper
  • nutmeg

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

quick, easy and super tasty

Peel the onions and slice into strips. Clean the spring onions, halve them lengthwise, and also slice them into thin strips. Fry the onions in a little hot oil. Deglaze with white wine and water and add the stock. Simmer for about 10 minutes. Now add the spring onions and simmer for another 5 minutes. Add the shrimp to the sauce and stir in the sour cream and cream cheese. Season to taste with lemon juice, coriander, cayenne pepper, and nutmeg. Serve with pasta, if desired. Tip: Whole-wheat pasta also works well with this dish.
