Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g minced meat, mixed
  • 1 stalk(s) leek
  • 2 cans of mushrooms
  • 500 g pasta
  • salt and pepper
  • oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

quick and easy

Fry the minced meat. Cut the leek into half rings and add it to the minced meat along with the mushrooms. Cook the pasta (we always use fusilli) and add it to the other ingredients. Make sure to add enough oil so it doesn’t get too dry. Season with salt and pepper.
