Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 125 g bacon cut into strips
  • 125 g Cabanossi, Mini
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 can of tomatoes, peeled
  • 1 can kidney beans
  • 1 can white beans
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Dice the onion and fry with the bacon. Slice the Cabanossi and add it. The sausage needs to be browned well to bring out the flavor. Add the tomatoes and chop them. Add the drained beans as well. Add a little more liquid if you don’t have enough. I seasoned it with salt, pepper, and paprika. Serve with flatbread or white bread.
