Noodles tossed in sesame oil with white wine and spinach cream

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g pasta (spiral pasta)
  • 4 tbsp sesame oil, roasted
  • 1 pack of frozen spinach
  • 8 tomatoes, dried
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 250 ml beef broth or vegetable broth
  • 200 ml dry white wine
  • 200 ml cream or condensed milk
  • some salt
  • salt water

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente. Drain and return the pasta to the pot and toss with sesame oil. Finely dice the onion and garlic and sauté until translucent in 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Deglaze with white wine and broth. Finely chop the sun-dried tomatoes and add them. Then stir in the thawed spinach. Finally, stir in the cream and add the pasta, adding salt if desired.
