with honey-mustard sauce

For the honey mustard sauce, mix the honey and yogurt together well, then stir in the ginger powder, finely chopped garlic, and olive oil. Then add the lemon juice and season with salt and pepper. Cut the Gorgonzola into pieces and knead it vigorously into the ground beef. Form the mixture into 8 evenly flat hamburger patties. Sear the patties in a pan on both sides and cook over medium heat until done. If the Gorgonzola becomes watery during frying, skim off the liquid. Slice the onion and fry in a little oil until browned. Slice the red onion and slice the tomato and cucumber, and set aside. Cut open the burger buns and briefly brown the cut sides in a pan. Cover or spread the underside of the burger bun from bottom to top with: – 1 tsp honey mustard sauce – lettuce leaf – first burger patty – 1 tsp honey mustard sauce – steamed onion rings – cucumber slices – second burger patty – 1 tsp honey mustard sauce – tomato slices – red onion rings Finally, spread some mayonnaise on the top half of the bun and place it on top.
