Spread the love

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g pasta, e.g. spirelli or corkscrew
  • 2 cans beef, in its own juice
  • 2 m.-sized onion(s)
  • 1 jar mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 cup crème fraîche
  • some garlic powder
  • some oil
  • some salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Cook the pasta in salted water according to the package instructions. Meanwhile, cut the onions into dime-sized pieces and fry them in a little oil in a deep pan or saucepan until lightly browned. Add the mushrooms and fry for about 1 minute. Add the entire contents of the can of beef and press down with a wooden spoon. Let everything simmer for about 5-10 minutes, until the beef turns from red to brown. Season with garlic powder, stirring frequently. Now stir in the crème fraîche and wait until it has melted and everything has a nice, creamy consistency. The pasta should now be done. Drain, return to the pan, add the sauce and mix everything well.
