Noodles with chili sauce

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 400 g pasta of your choice
  • 3 tbsp oil
  • 5 garlic cloves
  • 2 onions
  • 2 chili peppers, red
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 5 large tomatoes, ripe

Prepare the pasta according to the package instructions. Meanwhile, blanch the tomatoes, peel them, and finely dice them. Peel and finely chop the garlic and onions. Cut open the chilies, remove the seeds, and chop them very finely (wear household gloves or wash your hands thoroughly afterward—the chili juice will burn like hell if it gets into your mouth or eyes). Heat the oil in a pan. Stir-fry the garlic, onions, and chilies. Add the chopped tomatoes and sauté for a few minutes. Drain the pasta, add it to the pan, and mix everything well. Serve immediately.
