Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 150 g ladyfingers
  • 3 tbsp apple juice
  • 2 tbsp Calvados
  • 1 jar applesauce
  • 250 g low-fat curd cheese
  • 250 g cream cheese
  • ⅛ liter milk
  • 1 tbsp honey or sugar
  • Cocoa powder

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 15 minutes

light and very refreshing

Place the ladyfingers in a shallow baking dish and drizzle with apple juice and Calvados. Then spread the applesauce on top. In a bowl, beat the quark, cream cheese, milk, and honey with a hand mixer until creamy. Spread the quark cream over the applesauce. Refrigerate and let it sit well. Sprinkle with cocoa powder before serving. Tip: In summer, the apple tiramisu tastes especially good iced or slightly frosted! If you prefer it without alcohol, replace the Calvados with apple juice.
