Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 100 ml soy sauce, 1 packet of tempeh
  • 1 garlic bulb(s)
  • 1 piece(s) ginger
  • chili
  • 1 tsp garam masala or/and curry
  • 1 package of mushrooms
  • 1 package of soy sprouts or bell pepper(s) or onion(s)
  • 1 package of pasta
  • salt water
  • n. B. Oil

Cut the tempeh into fork-sized cubes. Mix the soy sauce with garam masala (or ginger, chili, etc.) and marinate the tempeh for at least 30 minutes, stirring occasionally. Cook the noodles in salted water. Meanwhile, drain the tempeh and fry it in hot oil. Add the sliced ​​mushrooms and, if desired, bean sprouts or bell peppers. Add the marinade while steaming. Cook briefly to retain some of its “bite.” Then serve over pasta (or rice).
