Noodles with vegetables and tofu

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 300 g pasta
  • 2 large onions
  • ¾ zucchini
  • 2 large carrots
  • 1 pack of smoked tofu, approx. 200 g
  • olive oil
  • salt and pepper
  • chili powder
  • Herbs to taste

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

super easy and delicious

Cook the noodles in salted water according to the package instructions. Wash and dice the vegetables, then fry them in a large pan with plenty of oil. Cut the smoked tofu into small cubes and fry them with the tofu. Add the cooked noodles to the pan, adding a little more oil if desired. Finally, season to taste with spices and herbs, and serve.
